Common questions
All maintenance requests are submitted through your community's resident portal. From the Residents page, choose your community and click 'Resident Portal Login' — you'll be routed to the correct AppFolio portal where you can submit and track requests.

For active emergencies (flooding, no heat in winter, no AC in summer, fire), call your community office directly — the line forwards to an on-call team. For non-emergency issues, please use the resident portal.
